The first consultation lasts approximately 45 minutes. This time is dedicated to listening to your project, morphological analysis, explanations about the planned surgical technique, risks and post-operative recovery, and providing a personalised written quotation. No question is left unanswered.

Yes, and it is even encouraged. A companion can help you retain the information provided and formulate questions you might not have thought to ask. The presence of a third party can also be reassuring during the decision-making process. Please inform the practice when booking.

Please bring: recent medical prescriptions, results of biological or imaging tests related to your project (mammogram, MRI, blood tests, etc.), a complete list of your current medications, your surgical and medical history, and any visual references (photos of results you like). These elements allow Dr. de Clermont-Tonnerre to tailor his recommendations to your situation.

The consultation fee is €100 in line with current Sector 2 specialist rates. Your complementary health insurer may reimburse part of this amount depending on your policy. Please check with your insurer before your appointment. Post-operative follow-up is included and free of charge for up to one year after surgery.

A teleconsultation may be offered for an initial assessment of your surgical project, to evaluate feasibility and answer your initial questions. However, a physical examination in the practice is mandatory before any surgical decision. A teleconsultation does not replace the compulsory in-person consultation.

In France, the law requires a minimum non-negotiable reflection period of 15 days between signing the quotation and any aesthetic surgical procedure. In practice, the lead time is often 1 to 3 months depending on surgical schedules, operating theatre availability and the complexity of the project. This period also allows for the necessary pre-operative tests.

Yes, absolutely. Signing the quotation triggers the mandatory 15-day reflection period during which you may withdraw your decision without any justification or penalty. After this period you may still cancel your procedure, but cancellation fees may apply in accordance with the contract signed with the clinic.
