Brazilian Butt Lift
BBL — Buttock Augmentation by Fat Transfer — Paris 16th & Pontoise
The Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) is a surgical technique that augments and reshapes the buttocks using your own fat, harvested by liposuction from donor areas. With no implants or foreign body, the result is natural in both feel and appearance. Performed in Paris 16th and Pontoise by Dr. de Clermont-Tonnerre, following the strictest safety protocols. International patients are warmly welcomed.
Book a ConsultationSafety — A word on BBL technique
Dr. de Clermont-Tonnerre performs BBL exclusively using superficial subcutaneous fat injection, in strict accordance with the 2019 ISAPS international safety task force guidelines. Fat is never injected into the gluteal muscle or deep planes, eliminating the primary risk of fat embolism. This approach ensures maximum safety without compromising results.
Step by step
How the procedure works
Consultation and assessment
Evaluation of your morphology, available donor areas and expected result. Discussion of expectations and anatomical limitations.
Liposuction of donor areas
Fat aspiration from excess areas (abdomen, flanks, back, thighs) using tumescent technique.
Fat purification
Centrifugation and purification of aspirated fat to select viable fat cells.
Injection into the buttocks
Injection of purified fat in multiple layers in the subcutaneous planes of the buttocks (exclusively superficial injection for safety).
Post-operative follow-up
Compression garment for 4 to 6 weeks. Avoid sitting directly on the buttocks for 4 to 6 weeks (use of BBL cushions).
